SNCB 6212 stands and steams in the rain at Gent Sint Pieters on the 27th January 2002.
The class 62s have seen their use on passenger diagrams eroded in the last year with the influx of class 41 units ousting them from regular service on all but the P trains on the Antwerp - Neerpelt line.
Now Merelbeke is gaining the units en-masse and at the weekends on the Geraardsbergen turns are normally hauled, so this sight may be a thing of the past in just a few short months.
